RG has hired Joyce Smith as property manager – office portfolio.
Smith brings more than 30 years commercial real estate experience to RG Properties. Her passion for the industry is proven with her role as an adjunct professor at The University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati State, instructing and developing courses in real estate principles, property management, and LEED for facility managers.
Smith has earned several professional designations in the field, including: LEED AP (Accredited Profestional), CPM (Certified Property Manager), RPA (Real Property Administrator) and CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter). She also is a licensed Ohio real estate broker.
Smith graduated from Cincinnati State with a double major in real estate and property management and Thomas More College with a bachelor’s degree and an MBA. She considers herself a life-long learner.
As property manager, Smith’s roles include the property management of the Austin Landing office buildings and overseeing maintenance, operations, contract services and leasing renewals for the office portion of the project.
