RG Properties brokers deal to move Corbus, LLC to The Exchange in Miami Township

Corbus, LLC will be moving its corporate headquarters to The Exchange, 2835 Miami Village Dr, Miamisburg.  The transition to the new location, previously occupied by Teradata, will begin immediately.  The solutions provider has outgrown its previous office in downtown Dayton and has chosen to relocate to a more strategic site to better serve its customers and employees in the fast growing Dayton/Cincinnati corridor.

“Corbus’s management team has been on an impressive growth path to the point that we required significant expansion space,” remarked Mr. Rajesh K. Soin, Corbus Chairman and CEO.  “With our continued growth initiative, we needed to find space for our needs now and for our future.  We have always been and will be a global company with roots in the Miami Valley area.  The Miami Valley has been an exceptional home for us offering limitless business opportunities near some of our top clients.  Corbus and our employees are a part of this community and we remain committed to being involved in local organizations that better our surroundings.”

“We are excited Corbus has chosen a building we represent as its headquarters,” commented Randy Gunlock, President of RG Properties, which brokered the deal.  “We have watched this company grow throughout the years from a best kept secret to the global powerhouse that it is today.  We believe this move is a tactical decision that can only better both their business and the Dayton community.”

Corbus currently has four U.S. based offices as well as others throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America with plans to open more across the globe.  The move will begin taking place immediately and is expected to be completed by April 30th, 2012.  Corbus will move all of its operations into The Exchange development area in Miami Township.

RG Goes Red For Women

Employees at RG Properties show their support for National Wear Red Day.

Today is National Wear Red Day to raise awareness in the fight against heart disease in women.  More women die of cardiovascular disease than from the next four causes of death combined, including all forms of cancer. But 80 percent of cardiac events in women could be prevented if women made the right choices for their hearts involving diet, exercise and abstinence from smoking.

The signs for women can vary from those that we typically associate with heart attacks.

Signs of a Heart Attack:
1.   Uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain in the center of your chest. It lasts more than a few minutes, or goes away and comes back.
2.   Pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.
3.   Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.
4.   Other signs such as breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness.
5.   As with men, women’s most common heart attack symptom is chest pain or discomfort. But women are somewhat more likely than men to experience some of the other common symptoms, particularly shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting and back or jaw pain.
